How aware are you of your breath throughout the day?
Maybe you have explored many different ways to breathe, but still don’t know how to take the power back and live an energetic, yet relaxing life. A life where you have all the energy you need, a life where you can choose when to be relaxed, focused or energized. This is the power of breath and we want to give you the tools to take that power back!
About this Immersion:
It is hard to say which practice is the most important in our Yoga practice,
as it is all about bringing all the different practices of: Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Nada Yoga and Meditation together.
Yoga meaning Union, Joining together with all these practices, not just with one or two of them, that is not a full Yoga practice.
But Pranayama might be one of the most important aspects, as breath is Life and the quality of your breath determines the quality of your life!
And there are many different ways to breathe, depending on what time of the day, what situation you are in, what Asana, meditation or Yoga Nidra you are doing.
During this Immersion we will be guiding you through different types of Pranayama and breath-work as we explore the four aspects of breathing, learning how they affect our brainwaves, our nervous system, our mood and our energy levels.
Hand in hand with the healing qualities of breath is Yoga Therapy, the Yoga that focuses on the parasympathetic nervous system.
A yoga Form that is for anyone experiencing pain in their body, such as neck pain, back pain, migraines, stress or anxiety. Or even for anyone that is looking for a more personalized practice as well as a complementary practice that is therapeutic and rejuvenating, as it is a way of releasing tension and restrictions from the whole body.
This Immersion is taking place in the cute little mountain town Hallein in Austria. In a Shala where we have practiced Anahata Yoga for many years now,
and for us this is a sanctuary; the Earthy and grounding Shala, with the big windows overlooking the garden and mountains. This Place will be able to hold the space for us to immerse ourselves in this Training, supporting us through all the Elements that are present and alive around us.
Who is this Immersion for?
This Immersion is for anyone and everyone that is interested in immersing themselves in the ancient techniques, teachings and practices of Pranayama and its life changing benefits and for those who want to find a therapeutic and healing way of practicing Yoga through Yoga Therapy.
As well as for those who already have a passion for Pranayama and/or Yoga Therapy and want to learn how to incorporate and facilitate this and create their own offerings. And of course for those who want to put 50 hours toward their Yoga Certificate with Yoga Alliance.
As much as this is a Training, it is also a healing and freeing Journey for your Heart, Mind and Body.
As the quality of your breath determines the quality of your life, you will be given many many tools to live a long life, at home and at ease in yourself.
And if after reading this you are wondering if you are breathing enough, that is probably your sign that you are not and This training is definitely for you!
We will come together as Team of Heart Yogis that have explored, transformed and developed a very unique relationship with Pranayama & Yoga Therapy,
let us introduce them:
Bella has apprenticed with Peter Clifford for two years, diving deep into the Anahata Philosophy and its many practices.
She has now dedicated her life to teaching the wisdom of Anahata Yoga and will be guiding you into the depth of your Heart through Pranayama and Yoga Therapy.
Marion has completed 500 hours in Anahata Yoga and has additional 300 hours from her training with Mohan in Yoga Therapy.
She has a passion for the healing powers of breath, and will teach you how to breathe and move your way to health.
Chris has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 10 years and has gone deep into the scientific connection between breath and longevity.
He will show you how modern science is rediscovering the ancient wisdom of Yoga.
And we are excited to share that Peter Clifford will be joining us via Zoom to share his ancient wisdom and answer participants' questions at the end of the week!

We highly recommend that you combine the Pranayama and Yoga Nidra Immersions if you can, as they support each other.
Having explored the different breathing techniques the week before, you will be able to go deeper into the Yoga Nidras more effortlessly and most likely find more profound realizations. But if this is not possible trust it is meant to be that way. Because integration is also so very important. Integrating and practicing before going to the next thing.
